Because men have responsibilities God has actually given us. We are husbands, fathers, sons, brothers, workers, protectors, providers, leaders, friends, and servants. Those responsibilities are not fulfilled by possessing Christian vocabulary. They require men whose lives are increasingly ordered under the lordship of Christ.
Our wives need faithful men. Our children need fathers worth following. Churches need mature men. Communities need men who tell the truth, keep their word, control themselves, work, repent when they sin, protect the weak, and fear God more than they fear men.
None of that happens accidentally. Discipleship requires discipline, and biblical accountability requires enough honesty for other men to see where obedience is real and where we are hiding.
Jesus’ summary of the Law, rooted in the Shema, gives us the center: love God wholly, then love our neighbor. Follow Me Daily is built for men who want those commands to reach all the way into ordinary life.
